Workshop Days 2025 at the Konzeptwerkstatt

Already upon arrival at the Workshop Days 2025, I could feel the energy in the air: a warm workshop atmosphere, the scent of coffee, and open conversations that immediately showed how committed the industry is looking toward the future.

The workshop days were an event organized by Konzeptwerkstatt, a company specializing in shopfitting concepts for bakeries and the food service industry. 160 participants from bakeries, butcheries, and the food sector came together in Mettingen to exchange ideas and take away new impulses. The presentations offered a mix of emotional insights, practical impulses, and clear future topics. I was especially moved by how many encouraging stories were shared and how much confidence the participants took from them.

A highlight was the networking evening. In a relaxed atmosphere, new contacts, ideas, and conversations came up, showing how important personal encounters and joint forward-thinking are for the trade.

The two days clearly demonstrated how much innovative power and future energy exist in the industry. This spirit is also reflected in our topics at EuroShop.
