For its 60th birthday: EuroShop unpacks its treasures

Recently, we went on a treasure hunt with part of the EuroShop team – in the depths of the Messe Düsseldorf archives. Archives – at first glance, that sounds like gray basement walls, dusty boxes, and neon lights, which isn't entirely wrong. But for us, it was like an incredibly exciting journey through time.

We rummaged through the historical material at EuroShop, which was stored on rows of shelves stretching for meters, and found what we were looking for: yellowed trade fair photos, entertaining brochures, thick product catalogs, advertisements with nostalgic charm, and even old newspaper reports about EuroShop. A lot has been collected over six decades!
